Refund Policy

At Golden Tallow, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

• The product must not be opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Because our products are skincare items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
